Lion "Memory Slot Utility" Bug Fix
If you have less then 12GB ram in your PC, "Memory Slot Utility" will pop-up every time you login to Lion, and warn about memory modules.
"This is a known bug of Mac OS X Lion. The Memory Slot Utility is not compatible with Lion yet."

How to fix:
Open "Directory Utility" located in: /System/Library/CoreServices
Click Edit.
Click "Enable Root User". Set a password.
Close "Directory Utility" and Log Out of your account.
Click on the "Other" icon.
Name: root
Password: The one you selected when you enabled Root Account.
Password: The one you selected when you enabled Root Account.
"Memory Slot Utility" will pop-up. Click OK and restart PC.
After reboot, Login to your Account and use "Directory Utility" disable Root Account.
"Memory Slot Utility" should not bother you anymore.
